What is Smart Scan?
Smart Scan uses AI to automatically analyze your store and select the best product, model, pose, and background for you. It's perfect for quick demos, when you're not sure which options to choose, or when you want to save time on configuration. Smart Scan costs 1 credit per analysis.
Can I adjust Smart Scan's selections?
Yes! Smart Scan gives you an excellent starting point, but you can adjust any selection (product, model, pose, background) before generating the final image.
What is 360° View?
360° View is a feature that generates 8 rotated views of your product using AI, creating an interactive viewing experience. Customers can drag to rotate the product, giving a sensation similar to having the item in their hands. It costs 8 credits per 360° project and includes both a GIF animation and an interactive viewer.
What's the difference between the GIF and interactive 360° viewer?
The GIF is an animated image that auto-rotates and can be uploaded directly to your product gallery—perfect for quick integration. The interactive viewer allows customers to control the rotation by dragging, includes zoom functionality (up to 3x), and provides a premium fullscreen experience. Both options are generated from the same 8 AI-created views.
Do I need special equipment for 360° View?
No. You only need 1-2 photos of your product (front and optionally back). The AI generates all 8 rotated views automatically—no turntables or specialized photography equipment required.
Does 360° View work on mobile devices?
Yes, 360° View is fully optimized for mobile devices with touch gestures. Both the GIF and interactive viewer work perfectly on all screen sizes. The interactive viewer supports swipe-to-rotate on touchscreens.
How does Smart Scan choose which product to use?
Smart Scan analyzes up to 10 of your top-selling products, examining factors like sales performance, image quality, and product metadata. It uses computer vision to identify the best flat-lay images and selects products that will showcase the AI's capabilities effectively.
Can I use the same 360° View on multiple products?
Yes! Once you generate a 360° View, you can apply the interactive viewer to as many products as you want without additional credit costs. The 8-credit fee is only for generating the rotated views.
What file formats does 360° View support?
For generation, you can upload PNG, JPG, or WEBP images. The output includes 8 individual images (PNG/JPG), an animated GIF, and access to the interactive viewer component that loads images dynamically.
How accurate are Smart Scan's selections?
Smart Scan has been trained on thousands of successful product photo generations. It achieves high accuracy by analyzing product types, model compatibility, and optimal poses. However, you can always adjust any selection before generating to match your specific brand requirements.
Can I download the 360° View images individually?
Yes. You can download all 8 rotated views as individual images, the combined GIF animation, or implement the interactive viewer on your store. This gives you flexibility to use the views in different contexts—social media, email campaigns, or product pages.
Does Smart Scan work with all product types?
Smart Scan is optimized for apparel, accessories, footwear, and fashion items. It analyzes product categories and automatically adjusts its selection logic based on the product type to ensure the best model, pose, and background choices.
How long does it take to generate a 360° View?
Generating a complete 360° View (8 rotated images) typically takes 3-5 minutes, depending on image complexity and current system load. The GIF is created automatically once all views are ready, and you can start applying the viewer to products immediately.
Will 360° View slow down my store?
No. The interactive viewer is highly optimized with lazy loading, image pre-caching, and efficient canvas rendering. Images are served from Amazon S3 CDN for fast global delivery. Most customers see no noticeable impact on page load times.
Can I use Smart Scan for multiple products at once?
Currently, Smart Scan analyzes and selects one product at a time. However, it's designed for speed—each analysis takes only seconds, making it practical to use for quick testing or demonstrations across multiple products sequentially.
What Shopify themes support the 360° interactive viewer?
The interactive 360° viewer requires Shopify 2.0 or newer themes that support App Blocks. Most modern Shopify themes (Dawn, Refresh, Sense, Studio, etc.) are fully compatible. The GIF option works on all Shopify themes without restrictions.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. You can try VFit - AI Model Try‑On for free with no credit card required. You’ll get 8 credits to use for generating photos.
What are credits and how many do I need?
Each photo generated on VFit - AI Model Try‑On requires one credit. For instance, if your product has four photos, it will use four credits. To estimate the number of credits needed, multiply the number of products you want to upload by the average photos per product on your website.
How do I know when my credits expire?
Credits on monthly plans reset every month. You can check your renewal date on your account page.
What happens to my unused credits?
Our monthly plans include a batch of credits you can use during your monthly plan period. When your monthly plan renews, your credit balance will reset, and you’ll receive a new batch of credits according to your current plan. Our annual plans offer flexible credit rollover between months, as well as attractive discounts.
How do I know how many credits I have remaining?
Your credit balance is always available on the top right corner of your screen. It shows how many credits you’ve used out of the total amount given. For example, if you’ve used 15 out of 60 credits, it will be displayed as: “15 credits of 60 used.”
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you’ve used up all of your credits before your monthly renewal date, we offer the following options:
  • Upgrade to a higher monthly plan to get more credits
  • Upgrade to an annual plan
  • Wait for next month’s credit allocation
How do I make changes to my plan?
You can make changes to your current plan at any time. Simply click the profile icon at the top right of each page, then click “Billing” and select “Change Plan” or “Cancel Plan.”
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! When you purchase one of our annual plans, you get significant benefits:
  • Discounted rate: Get two free months of service (you only pay for 10 months instead of 12)
  • Rollover credits: Receive all your credits upon payment, with a 12-month rollover. This ensures your credits are available to support any peaks in usage or large projects you need to process throughout the year.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We also accept annual invoiced payments and bank transfers for clients on the annual Advanced plan.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel or change your subscription at any time through the “Billing” section in your account settings.
What if the image I got has issues or distortions?
While we always aim for perfection, sometimes things might not go as planned. That’s why we offer a complimentary fix service for every generated photo. Our team of experts is on standby to handle any issues you might encounter. Just click the “Photo Issue” button to access our fix service. Fixes are prioritized depending on your plan:
  • Advanced: Up to 1 business day
  • Pro: Up to 2 business days
